REVIEW: THE SHADOW SPACE

Mixing elements of interactive theater, escape rooms, and murder mystery, The Best Medicine Productions presents “The Shadow Space”. In this play, you are invited to observe a party in an actual hundred-year old house located in the middle of Hollywood. The twist comes when you discover that you and your party are dead and now exist as ghosts.

In this version of the afterlife there are strict rules about how you are allowed to interact with the living. As you begin to playfully taunt the living you observe the atmosphere changing as characters take on sinister attributes. We don’t want to give any spoilers, but we can say that you will be incorporating communication, problem solving, and stealth observation in order to help someone who died.

The Shadow Space is a creative twist on immersive theater, complete with great storytelling and superb acting. This is the first interactive theater experience that we have encountered in which the audience turns into ghosts - putting a thrilling new spin on the haunted house experience.
